You may apply for Dog or Cat pet licenses. What would you like to do?

Apply for or review your Pet LicenseThe Township of Middletown requires that all dogs and cats within the town limits be licensed. You will be required to provide a copy of the rabies vaccination for your pet as well as proof if the pet has been spayed or neutered.

Cat Licenses expire on August 31 of each year. Renewal applications for Cat Licenses are not available until September 1.

Dog Licenses expire on December 31 of each year. Renewal applications for Dog Licenses are not available until January 1.
